A Checklist of Things to Bring to the Bazaar

• Enough Inventory for 2 days - No early tear downs are permitted
• Your Tent - Unless your space includes one from us
• Gridwall, Tables, Racks, Zipties, Shelving, etc.
• We highly suggest weights for your tents - it might be a little windy
  
• There is no divider between you and your neighbor, this is up to you.
• Pricing gun, sticker tags, signage, etc.
• Tablecloths and weights
• Weights for your displays - pennies in plastic bags wrapped in fabric work well or rocks
• BUSINESS CARDS OR FLYERS
• EMAIL LIST - if they don't buy today, make sure you have a way to contact them
• Business name banner or sign
• Plenty of cash change, and a money holder (we suggest lots of $1 and $5) No change made on site.
• Your laptop or cc machine.  We will do our best to provide wifi, but cannot promise it will work with your computer.  Please be prepared.
• Promotional items - you may promote other shows you are participating in
• Sales book, calculator, don't forget, it's easier if you add sales tax into your pricing.
• bags, packaging, for purchases
• Sunscreen, umbrella, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, sunglasses, a jacket/sweater (gets chilly at night)
• Snacks + drinks (we will have some special offers from the Bishop Arts Merchants coming soon!)
• comfortable shoes/clothes
• a smile and good attitude.  Grumpy pants in the booth doesn't sell, we promise =)
• Offer discounts or specials, this gives people a reason to buy NOW, rather than later.
